China's Ministry of Finance said on Tuesday it will reopen an issue of 10-year bonds, when it auctions an additional 20 billion yuan ($2.88 billion) of paper on January 4. The bonds will be issued from January 4 to 5, and begin secondary market trading on January 9, the ministry said in a statement.
